Dead on arrival and early faults
Test critical gear within 48 hours of delivery. If a router, switch, or SFP module fails power on or link tests, photo the serial label and contact support with your invoice number.
DOA units are replaced or refunded at our cost when reported quickly. Do not rack mount or configure firmware until basic tests pass.
Manufacturer warranty coverage
Most enterprise routers and switches include one to five years hardware warranty depending on brand and SKU. Cables and passive parts typically carry 12 months against manufacturing defects.
Warranty excludes surge damage, lightning, water ingress, and unauthorized repair. Recommend UPS and surge protection on POP sites. We stock both online.

Starting a return or claim
Email [email protected] or WhatsApp 0713 937538 with order reference, serial numbers, and fault description. We issue an RMA reference before you ship goods back to our Nairobi desk or authorized service point.
