1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing www.module-ventures.com or placing an order with Module Ventures LTD, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and pricing
We sell innovative products and supplies listed on our storefront including convertible gear, smart tools, and household solutions. Product images and specifications are provided by suppliers; minor material or design revisions may occur.
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if an order is affected.
Live stock indicators reflect our warehouse at the time of your visit. High-volume or project orders may require confirmation before dispatch.
3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is received or your approved trade account is debited. We accept M-Pesa STK Push, M-Pesa Paybill/Till, bank transfer, card payments, and cash on collection where arranged.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details so we can fulfil the order correctly.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery timelines are estimates based on stock location and courier schedules across Nairobi and Kenya. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier or upon collection from our supply desk, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Accounts
You may browse and checkout as a guest. Account holders must keep login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and product descriptions remain the property of Module Ventures LTD or respective rights holders. You may not scrape, resell our catalog data, or misuse trademarks without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Module Ventures LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products or delays outside our reasonable control (including courier delays, power outages, or force majeure).
Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes should first be raised with our support team; unresolved matters may be referred to the courts of Nairobi.
