Refund Policy

Returns, replacements, and refunds for networking equipment purchased from Module Ventures LTD.

1. Overview

We want you confident in every router, switch, and cable you buy from us. This policy explains how returns and refunds work alongside manufacturer warranty. For quick answers see our Help Center returns section.

2. Dead on arrival (DOA)

If equipment arrives faulty or fails basic power-on or link tests within 48 hours of delivery, contact us with your invoice, serial numbers, and photos or short video of the fault.

  • We arrange free replacement or full refund including original delivery fee where applicable
  • Do not attempt repair or firmware downgrade before we issue an RMA reference

3. Wrong item shipped

If we sent the wrong SKU or quantity, notify us within 48 hours. We arrange collection and dispatch the correct item at no extra cost, or refund you in full if stock is unavailable.

4. Change of mind

Unopened, resaleable stock in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply on cables, bulk packs, and high-value switches.

Opened consumer routers, configured gear, or cut-to-length cable are not eligible unless defective.

5. Non-returnable items

  • Custom-terminated fiber or cable assemblies made to your specification
  • Software licences, cloud subscriptions, or digital downloads once activated
  • Items marked clearance or “final sale” on the product page
  • Products damaged by misuse, incorrect PoE voltage, lightning, or unauthorised modification

6. Refund methods

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible:

  • M-Pesa — reversed to the paying number within 3–5 business days
  • Card — processed to the same card; bank posting times vary
  • Bank transfer — refunded to the source account you used
  • Trade account — credited to your customer ledger

7. Warranty vs returns

Manufacturer warranty covers defects after the return window. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and serial numbers; RMA handling follows the brand’s policy. See our Help Center warranty topic for typical coverage periods.

8. How to start a return

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp 0713 937538 with your order reference, item details, and reason. We issue an RMA number before you ship goods back. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for return shipping unless we made the error. Pack equipment securely — damage in transit may reduce your refund.
