Paying with M-Pesa on Module Ventures: checkout tips for Kenyan buyers

Most Module Ventures orders are completed via M-Pesa. Follow these tips to ensure instant matching and fast order dispatch.

M-Pesa STK Push at checkout

Choose M-Pesa STK during checkout and enter your active phone number. Keep your screen unlocked and enter your PIN when prompted. The order status updates instantly once confirmed by the payment gateway.

If the prompt fails to appear, avoid placing a duplicate order. Retry the STK request or switch to manual payment using the Till/Paybill number provided.

Corporate Paybill, Till, and Bank EFT

For organizations and procurement departments, manual Till or Bank EFT payments are supported. Use your unique Order Reference as the account number so we can match and process your order immediately.

  • STK Push: fastest checkout for individual orders
  • Paybill/Till: standard option for company cash accounts
  • Bank EFT: ideal for larger project supplies and custom orders
  • Card: secure Visa/Mastercard processing

After payment confirmation

You will receive an automated confirmation email and SMS. Paid orders placed before 2 PM are scheduled for prompt dispatch from our Nairobi warehouse. You can track status at module-ventures.com/track-order.

STK push clearances usually reflect in 1-2 minutes. If delayed, send your M-Pesa transaction ID and order reference to our support line and we will resolve it.
